Procedure for sending material in advance of the event

  1. Identify each of your packages with your company name 

  2. Send the packages to the following adress:

  1. We will store the material received and bring it to your stand on the day of the event.

  2. We're not responsible for any loss or damage.

  3. Please note that we can reception your packages until Monday, October 26th 2026.
    • After this deadline, we will no longer be able to guarantee proper receipt of the parcels.
