It uses an interactive teaching approach based on teamwork, project-based learning and evidence-based decision-making. The programme offers four streams: (1) Business analytics, (2) Marketing, (3) Strategy, organisation and leadership, and (4) Behavior economics and evolution.
The "Financial Entrepreneurship and Data Science" orientation provides you with a solid foundation in finance and an introduction to finance-related information technologies and data science. You will also acquire knowledge related to machine learning, such as classification algorithms, deep learning and natural language processing, to name but a few.
The aim of the Corporate Finance specialism is to provide you with an understanding of the determinants of value creation in corporate finance. The courses in this stream provide the tools needed to carry out an in-depth analysis of valuation and, more generally, to carry out a financial analysis of companies, the choice of different financing alternatives, cash management and the management of international companies. Advanced courses cover mergers and acquisitions, private company financing, venture capital, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.
The "Asset and Risk Management" option enables you to acquire highly quantitative skills. It is based on courses covering empirical methods in finance, quantitative asset and risk management, and alternative and banking investments.
Business analytics focuses on data analysis, statistical modelling, machine learning and optimisation. It teaches you how to extract relevant information from data in order to make informed decisions, meet business challenges and improve the performance and operations of organisations.
