Career Networking Fair and Meet&Match 2026

Connect with HEC Lausanne students and meet your future talent.

Choose your format: join the Career Networking Fair for strong employer branding visibility, and/or the Meet&Match for direct access to students with internship agreements (“Convention de stage“).

Career Networking Fair

📅 Thursday, 29 October 2026 | 10:00–15:30 | Amphipôle building

• Meet 1,100+ students across all HEC Lausanne programmes in one day
• Check out event photos and video from 2025 on our platform and Instagram
• 15th edition of this key on-campus event
• Catering including coffee break, lunch and drinks throughout the day

Meet&Match

📅 Tuesday, 10 November 2026 | From 15:30 | Amphipôle building

• Up to 14 speed-meetings of 6 minutes each in one afternoon with Master’s students in Management and / or Finance
• Ideal if you have open positions (internships, graduate programs, entry-level jobs, and more)
• A shared 45-minute networking break “Ravitaillement“ will allow you to connect with other participants + Closing aperitif to continue the discussions

Event Schedule

• 15:30-16:15 | Welcome: badge collection and time to get settled
• ​16:30 | 1st round of scheduled interviews
• 17:45 | Networking break #1: refreshments served at the company tables
• 18:15 | 2nd round of scheduled interviews
• 19:00-20:00 | Networking break #2 & Apéro

Details

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible until end of August with no fees.

From 1 September 2026 to 14 September 2026, cancellation is still possible, but a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration fee will apply.

Starting on 15 September 2026, the full fee will apply for any cancellation.
