All the details to prepare for the Career Networking Fair

General Information

Event schedule : 29 October from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm

Catering

Reception, starting at 8:30 am : croissants, coffee and tea will be available.
Lunch break, between 12:00 and 14:00 : lunch buffet reserved for companies. Meal vouchers will be distributed based on the information you provided on our portal.

Setup (Event Day Only)

Dismantling (Event Day Only)

Companies that have opted for one of our CNF packages

The stand must be cleared by your team until 3:00 PM for companies participating only in the CNF, or from 7:30 PM if you are also taking part in the Meet & Match (job dating).
Please note: No shipping or return service is provided. We kindly ask that all your materials be collected and the space fully cleared by the indicated time, due to the scheduling of a subsequent event.
A waste container will be available on-site for the disposal of packaging and non-reusable materials.

Companies with a custom stand (installed by an external provider)

Information to be shared with your logistics provider:
- Where to drop off heavy equipment – no parking allowed
- Where to park
- Stand map – available by mid-October at the latest
- The logistics provider may begin dismantling from 3:45 PM onwards.
Please note: No shipping or return service is provided. It is essential that all materials be collected and removed prior to dismantling.
The stand must be cleared by your team until 4:00 PM.
A waste container will be available on-site for the disposal of packaging and non-reusable materials.
