Meet&Match Event
The Meet&Match will take place on Tuesday, 10 November 2026, in the AmphipĂ´le Main Hall, from 15:30 to 19:00.
The speed-meetings take place at tables arranged face to face, where you will meet one or two representatives from the company, typically an HR contact and/or a manager.
You will meet company representatives for 6-minute speed-meetings. The company will either open the conversation or invite you to introduce yourself. If they do, you will briefly introduce yourself (1–2 minutes). The Meet&Match is an exchange, a dialogue, not a one-way interview.
After each speed-meeting, both you and the company indicate whether you are interested in proceeding to the next step of the recruitment process. If there is a mutual match (both you and the company express interest), the company receives your name and contacts you to explain the next steps (a phone or video call, an interview at their office, an assessment, etc.).
Depending on your skills and the opportunity, speed-meetings may be conducted in either English or French.
The Meet&Match is the final step of the Career Connect Programme. This Programme is reserved for 2nd-year MScM and MScF students and contains different steps leading to the Meet&Match.
To register for this Programme, register for ONE (and only one) Pitch Clinic session, on the Career Connect Programme page. Make sure to select the Pitch Clinic date you wish to attend when registering. This choice is final and cannot be changed.
The Career Center will verify your eligibility and confirm your registration by email.
Career Connect Portal
The Career Connect Portal is a platform dedicated to the Career Connect Programme, where students and companies will complete most of the Programme's steps.
Once your registration is confirmed by the Career Center, you will receive a link to create your profile on the Career Connect Portal.
CV and digital CV
The digital CV ensures a fair, skills-based selection process. By keeping it anonymous during the application phase, companies evaluate candidates based on their skills and qualifications alone, without bias based on their name, gender, or other personal information.
Once you have created your profile on the Career Connect Portal, log in and navigate to the “My CV” section. Complete all the required fields. A guide will be provided to assist you.
- Digital CV (anonymous): Created directly on the Career Connect Portal. This version is anonymous and used by companies to select the candidates they wish to meet.
- PDF CV: Your personal CV file, uploaded to the Career Connect Portal. Companies only have access to it after the selection process.

Applications
You can apply for up to 5 opportunities among those posted by participating companies. You can also indicate preferences for potential additional pairings.
No. During the application phase, company names remain anonymous. You apply based on the position and its requirements, not the employer's identity. This helps ensure a bias-free selection process.
After companies select the candidates they want to meet, some time slots may remain available. The Career Center will try to fill these slots by assigning additional speed-meetings based on your stated preferences and the skills required by the company.
Matches
After each speed-meeting, you must indicate on the Career Connect Portal whether you wish to match with the company. It is essential to do this on the day of the event.
Your results will be available on the Career Connect Portal by 13 November 2026.
Companies will contact you directly regarding the next steps of their recruitment process.
