It’s the perfect opportunity to keep the conversation going and connect with new potential opportunities!
The event is divided into 3 parts:
-
First part (15:00–15:30): Check-in
-
Second part (15:35–19:30): Meet & Match sessions, where you will meet company representatives for 6-minute interviews. You will also be assigned breaks. During this time, you can either prepare for your upcoming interviews or network with other company representatives who are part of the interviewing organizations but are specifically assigned to the lounge to connect with you as well.
-
Third part (19:30): Cocktail and informal networking to initiate or continue conversations with company representatives.

The interviews will take place at double tables. In front of you, you will meet either one or two company representatives (such as an HR representative and a manager, two HR representatives, or just one HR representative or one manager), and you will be seated on the opposite side of the table. In general, each company will be separated by a panel to define the interview areas. However, there may be tables without panels when representatives from two different companies within the same Group are recruiting together or when colleagues from the same company are conducting interviews together but on a separate table. In such cases, the tables will be spaced apart.
You will meet company representatives for 6-minute interviews. The company leads the interview and starts first. They are aware that they have the lead and can either start as they wish or ask you the question, "Tell us about yourself." If they do, you will briefly introduce yourself (1-2 minutes). The Meet & Match is an exchange, a dialogue, not a one-way interview.
After each interview, both you and the recruiter will quickly evaluate whether you are interested in proceeding to the next step for the position. Each company guarantees a next step in case of a match. If a match is found, the company will receive the names of the candidates and must contact you to explain the next step (e.g., a video call, an interview at their office, an assessment, etc.).
Before the event, you will receive a list of the companies you will meet, along with the name of the opportunity, as well as a schedule showing the meeting times and breaks you'll have.
Each company will be assigned a specific table for easy identification.
Depending on your skills and the opportunity, interviews may be conducted in either English or French.
